In addition to our capacity building services, we also pilot, incubate and support innovative Legal Empowerment projects. If you have ideas for an innovative project that you would like to partner with us, do email us and let's talk!

Our mode of programming emphasizes local realities, innovation, solid management, and interdisciplinary approaches. Some projects that we are currently involved with are:

BarefootLawyers 4 Microjustice
As part of the global Microjustice network, we are piloting, implementing and testing legal service delivery using innovative business models to radically transform the way that justice is accessible to the poor and vulnerable through a financially sustainable model.

Films for Legal Empowerment
We produce films for promoting legal knowledge and empowerment. Our partners include Iris Films in the USA and Smart Productions in Rwanda.

BarefootLawyers 2.0
is a collaborative, participatory and global Toolkit for Legal Aid Organizations worldwide and especially in developing countries.

Young BarefootLawyers
The Young Lawyers program aims to promote a new generation of innovative lawyers, paralegals, legal educators and others interested in the legal profession.
